Nyeh I think I need to be in a special mood to listen to anything concerning Emily Haines/Metric. I'm not saying I don't like her but if I'm trying to capture a certain mood some music can't be near me. Emily Haines fuels my melancholy art a lot of the time or when I need to draw something soft or surreal.

Doctor Blind from Emily Haines though is simply brilliant.

YES!! Doctor Blind was the first song I heard by Emily Haines and the Soft Skeleton, and yes it is brilliant! The first verse and the chorus are my favorite parts.
